The thinking behind a lifetime of exploring health, movement and longevity.

Om mig

Tankarna bakom ett livslångt utforskande av hälsa, rörelse och långsiktigt välbefinnande.

I am a lifelong student of health, human performance, and what it means to live well.

Over the years, I have explored nutrition, biochemistry, functional fitness, biomechanics, fascia, sleep, recovery, longevity, supplementation, metabolic health, and the ways our modern environment influences the body.

For me, health begins with the fundamentals. Real food. Natural movement. Strength. Walking. Sunlight. Sleep. Time outdoors. Bare feet on the ground. A body that moves through different positions instead of spending most of the day in a chair. Muscles that are challenged. Fascia that is loaded, moved, and allowed to adapt. A nervous system that is given moments of both stimulation and genuine recovery.

Our biology is ancient. Our surroundings are not. We were built to move frequently, carry things, climb, walk, squat, run, rest, experience daylight, eat nutrient-dense food, and interact directly with the natural world. Modern life has given us extraordinary comfort and convenience, but it has also removed many of the physical inputs that once occurred naturally.

I do not believe the answer is to reject modern life. Rather, I believe we should understand our biology well enough to make intelligent choices within it. The goal is not to choose between ancestral wisdom and modern science. It is to combine them intelligently. To understand where our biology comes from while using the best tools available today.

But my view of health extends beyond physiology. A person can have excellent blood markers, train regularly, eat perfectly, and still not feel well. Mental, emotional, and spiritual health matter just as much. Stress, relationships, purpose, identity, unresolved emotions, self-respect, the way we speak to ourselves, and whether our lives actually feel meaningful all influence how we experience health.

This is the philosophy I keep coming back to:

“Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are the foundation of real life. Everything else is just background noise. Take an honest look at yourself. Are you thriving? If not, it’s time to realign.”
